Public Notices for Lakeside Crematory Permit Amendment

The District has received an application to increase the limit of cremations from Lakeside Colonial Chapel in Marysville, CA. The limit would increase from no more than 500 per year to no more than 1,000 per year.

This permit application triggers a public notice due to the location of the facility within a 1,000 feet of a K-12 school. This notice was sent to the schools for distribution to  parents/guardians of children attending the school. The notice is also mailed to every residential and commercial property owner within 1,000 feet of the facility.
