Public Information Requests

 Due to the COVID-19 public health event, the District may not respond to requests for public information as promptly as usual.

To review any physical records, you need to schedule an appointment with the District. File review appointments are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours between 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our office located at 541 Washington Avenue in Yuba City, CA. Please call Karla Sanders at (530) 634-7659 extension 205 to schedule an appointment.
 
The District can provide copies of the records upon request. Please include the specific record and a date range when you request copies. Our copy charges are $1.50 for the first page and $0.25 each page after that. The District may charge an hourly rate in accordance with the current adopted rate in Regulation 7.7 (1/2 hour minimum) to compile any information not already complied. You are free to bring your own portable copier and paper if you choose.
