To review any physical records, you need to schedule an appointment with the District. File review appointments are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours between 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our office located at 541 Washington Avenue in Yuba City, CA. Please call Shelley Channel at (530) 634-7659 extension 204 to schedule an appointment.
The District can provide copies of the records upon request. Please include the specific record and a date range when you request copies. Our copy charges are $1.50 for the first page and $0.25 each page after that. The District may charge an hourly rate in accordance with the current adopted rate in Regulation 7.7 (1/2 hour minimum) to compile any information not already complied. You are free to bring your own portable copier and paper if you choose.
