CAP Incentives Funded Projects
October 13, 2025: The District is proposing to increase funding to the Yuba County Stationary Generator Replacement Project at the Yuba County Jail (CAP 6-1) due to increased costs to complete the project.
The project is located at 215 5th Street in Marysville, designated as a disadvantaged and low-income community in CalEnviroScreen 4.0. The project will reduce criteria, toxics, and GHG emissions in a priority community.

The District is posting this change for public review for ten days prior to approving the increase. Comments should be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, to be considered by the District prior to approving the increase. Comments can be addressed to:
