Energy Emergency Proclamation issued July 30, 2021

Facilities must notify the Feather River Air Quality Management District within 48 hours when operating in excess of permitting requirements or conditions of a certificate suspended by Paragraph 4.e of the Energy Emergency Proclamation issued by Governor Newsom on July 30, 2021.

Facilities must also report additional fuel use, additional hours of operation and times of operation, and energy produced by that additional operation within 30 days of operation under the proclamation.

The forms below may be used to provide notification to the District.

 

For the operating in excess of permit requirements notification, within 48 hours report the following:
