Air Quality Health Advisory August 2020

Updated October 5, 2020

The Public Health Departments for Yuba and Sutter counties and the Feather River Air Quality Management District are issuing an air quality health advisory due to poor air quality conditions from wildfire smoke.  Lingering smoke is continuing to impact the area from large regional wildfires.

The forecast calls for Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups AQI Tuesday decreasing to Moderate AQI on Wednesday and Thursday.  Ozone is expected to be in the Moderate to Good AQI range during this period. The return of southerly winds and potential for precipitation on Friday should improve AQI conditions.
