October 27 Emergency Declaration for Historic Wind Event
On October 27, 2019, the Governor of California signed a Proclamation of a State of Emergency for the historic wind event occuring in California. This Proclamation ordered the Air Resources Board to exercise maximum discretion and streamline permitting with regard to importing generators into California and use of generators within the state.
