John is a second generation independent business proprietor in Yuba County. John’s family came to Beale Air Force Base in 1968 and his father, Bob Nicoletti, retired from Beale AFB in 1971. John and his wife Maggie reside in Marysville. They have six children between them: Shannon, Talia, Tara, Johnathon, Zach, and Alex, and sixteen grandchildren.

FRAQMD is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, FRAQMD
