The annual Carl Moyer Public Workshop will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February, 15, 2024, at the District office. The District office is located at 541 Washington Avenue in Yuba City, CA. Interested applicants should attend to learn about the Carl Moyer Program and get assistance with the application process.
FRAQMD is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
