PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Feather River Air Quality Management District (District) is requesting public comments on the Northern Sacramento Valley Planning Area (NSVPA) 2018 Triennial Air Quality Attainment Plan (Attainment Plan). The Attainment Plan addresses the progress made in implementing the 2015 Air Quality Attainment Plan and proposes strategies necessary to attain the California ambient air quality standards. The Attainment Plan identifies the air pollution problems and health impacts which are cooperatively addressed by the air districts of the NSVPA, which includes Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, Glenn, Butte, Tehama, and Shasta Counties. The Attainment Plan is available on the District’s website: www.fraqmd.org beginning June 28, 2019, and at the District office located at 541 Washington Avenue, Yuba City, CA.
Written comments will be accepted at the District office until 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2019. In addition, written and oral testimony may be presented to the Board of Directors at the public hearing on August 5, 2019.
