Amendment to Rule 4.3: Exemptions from Permit                                                        Rule  Staff Report

Summary:  In accordance with Senate Bill 700, adopted in 2003, the District will update it's agricultural exemption to be consistent with state law.  Agricultural sources that have emissions greater than or equal to one-half a major source will be required to obtain District permits.

Adoption of Rule 4.16:  Registration Requirements for Agricultural Engines >50 hp.         Rule  Staff Report

Summary: In order to implement the in-use agricultural engine amendments to the Stationary Diesel ATCM, the District adopted registration requirements.

Summary: This rule set forth the fees for agricultural engines required to comply with the air toxic control measures (Rule 11.1).

Amendment to Rule 11.1: Air Toxic Control Measures                                                   Rule  Staff Report

Summary:  In accordance with state law, the District updated it's Air Toxic control Measures (ATCM) rule to adopt by reference the requirements of the Stationary Diesel ATCM and the Portable Diesel ATCM.  The amendments to the Stationary Diesel ATCM include provisions for in-use stationary diesel engines used in agricultural operations.
