In compliance with California Health & Safety Code Section 40923, FRAQMD is required to publish an annual list of regulatory measures scheduled or tentatively scheduled for consideration during the year. This section contains limiting provisions which, in many cases, precludes adoption of rules not contained in this list. Therefore, this list should not be construed as a commitment to adopt any one rule, but is simply a list of all possible rules the district may consider this year.
